Design Requirements

  • ◆No heavy bridal or overly traditional designs
  • ◆Pieces should be versatile (multiple styling use cases)

Designer Responsibilities

  • Create 2–3 original Indo-western designs
  • Handle sourcing (fabric, trims, beadwork)
  • Execute stitching through your own unit
  • Maintain quality and timelines

tlt Responsibilities

  • Branding & positioning
  • Content creation & marketing
  • Customer acquisition
  • Order management & payments
